Tapioca Chip is made from Tapioca Roots. After harvested, the roots are chopped either by hands or machines, and sundried. Local feed mills and farms in Thailand use tapioca chips in their feed formulas due to its availability and competitive price. Meanwhile, it can be used to produce Ethanol or Alcohol for industrial uses as well.
